While we do not require a signature to receive the shipment, we highly recommend that you be present to accept delivery given the high value of your order. We realize this may be inconvenient but we would like to ensure that your purchases arrive securely. Our products need to be stored in a cool dry place, and we don’t recommend leaving them outside on your doorstep.  Contents in tubs may settle during shipping.

Our shipping costs are very reasonable, vary based on which specials we are running for the month, and may vary well be free depending on the size of your order.

    Orders are shipped Monday - Friday, except National holidays

      When will my order arrive?

      Most orders in the USA arrive in 5 business days or less.  Please allow for extra delivery time to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico

          How can I track my order?

          Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with your order number.  You will receive another email when your order ships, and another when your order is delivered.  We encourage you to sign up for order updates through facebook messenger during checkout.  You may use our online order tracking to check on the status of your order anytime.

          Can I specify where to leave my package or provide delivery instructions?

          Delivery locations are selected at the sole discretion of the driver, and are outside of the control of Pureganic.

          Once your order ships, you can try reaching out to the carrier with special instructions for delivery if needed.
